Refunds will be provided for YubiLoops returned within 30 days from purchase. To be eligible for return, your product must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as it was when you received it. To complete a return, you will need your receipt, order number or other proof of purchase. If you purchased your YubiLoop from a third party re-seller or retailer, you will need to return your product to the store where it was purchased.
Following the receipt of your product, we will send you an email notifying you that the item has been received and telling you whether your refund as been approved or rejected. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your credit card or other method of payment automatically. Please note that it may take time for your refund to be officially posted by your bank or credit card company.
We are not able to offer partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition or that are returned more than 30 days after delivery. Exchanges will be made to replace items that arrive in a defective or damaged state. .
YubiLoop warrants that the Yubi Loop product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the lifetime of the product. Normal wear and tear, lack of care, damage caused by misuse are not covered by the warranty. Warranty claims may be made directly to YubiLoop via traceable method that includes the original purchase receipt as well as your contact name, physical address, phone number and email address. YubiLoop may remedy the defect by providing you with a replacement product, providing a refund of the purchase price or repairing the defect within 30 days. YubiLoop reserves the right to send a replacement product that is the same or similar style or a substitute equivalent to the product that has been returned. Replacement products are covered by this limited warranty for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.
YubiLoop is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit. You are responsible for customs fees and shipping fees associated with returning the product. YubiLoop will pay the shipping costs for returning the replacement or repaired product.
This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not cover products purchased through online auction sites. YubiLoop make no other express or implied warranties. You further agree that YubiLoop is not liable for any damages arising out of the use of the product, including those that occur as the result of defects in the product.
